Introduce the small Rhea bowl to your ceramics collection.
This sweet multifunctional bebe has you covered wherever you need a little vessel to help you out.
Soap dish? Rhea’s got you.
Snack bowl? Yes please!
Trinket dish? The small Rhea bowl would love to.
- ± 13 cm wide & 4 cm deep
- waterproof, oil repellant & food safe
Each Rhea bowl is slab-built to be similar in shape and size, and yet every piece is entirely unique and distinctive after emerging from the saggar firing. The surfaces of these bowls can be entirely blackened, highly contrasted, or pale and lightly smokey.
Sometimes pieces break in the fire; these bowls are repaired in a way that mimics Japanese kintsugi. Read more about the saggar firing process here.
Surface Finish options:
- Contrast
- Dark
- Light
- Kintsugi
If you have a particular preference for tones or markings, please choose from the Surface Finish options and I will pick out the right Rhea bowl for you!
After the firing each piece is sanded, scrubbed clean and sealed with Elements Air. Learn more about Elements Air.
Hand wash with dish detergent and a gentle scrub brush or sponge; leave to air dry.
Not safe for microwave use.

Returns
Same goes for the return policy, I'm just trying to get the broad strokes sorted here.
